Congratulations to Denise LaFourcade, director of residence life, and Kelly Cooper, coordinator of athletic facilities, who were married Aug. 19 at St. John's Lutheran Church in Orange with a reception at the Richard Nixon Library.

Wendy Everhart, a loan counselor in Financial Aid, and her husband, Doug, a 1989 alumnus, welcomed their son into the world Sept. 14. Charles David weighed in at 7 pounds and was 21 inches long.

Athletic Director Jeff Martinez and University Club Manager Susan Martinez celebrated their 20th anniversary Aug. 14. Here's to another decade of marital bliss.

Condolences go out to JoAnn O'Day, executive secretary in University Relations, her daughter, Jackie O'Day, assistant director of Alumni Relations, and their family. JoAnn's mother, Mettie Feitchinger, passed away Oct. 20.
