Associate Professor of Economics Rafat Fazeli worked with a group of students to survey about 500 Redlands residents. The survey gauged what residents buy locally and what they purchase out of town. Fazeli and her students presented survey results to the Redlands City Council in June.

Don McCormick, associate professor in the School of Business, has been elected representative at large for the Academy of Management's Management, Spirituality and Religion Special Interest Group. McCormick also has learned that his article, "Barn Raising: Collaborative Group Process in Seminars" was published in the Harvard Business School Press book "Teaching and the Case Method." He has copies of the article for anyone who is interested.

Professor of Psychology Fredric E. Rabinowitz chaired and presented a paper in the symposium "Crossing the No Cry Zone: Engaging Men in Psychotherapy" at the annual meeting of the American Psychological Association in Chicago.
