			Steve Lindberg
The college's mail clerk for over 16 years, Steve Lindberg's co-workers
can agree on the fellow U of R employee's zeal and dedication. His
current supervisor, Sandi Taylor said, Steve has a natural
enthusiasm for life in general, which carries over into his work.
A fellow employee recognizes his genuine desire to provide
              the best service possible.
            Sue Gilleland
After demonstrating her competence as director of donor relations,
in 1998 Sue was appointed director of advancement services in the
University Relations Division. Sue's ability to handle difficult
decision-making under pressure, while simultaneously keeping her
department focused on the priorities, was recognized
by a fellow employee who is certain Sue is in every sense
of the word an above and beyond employee.
            Judy Bowman
As Director of Academic Support Services and Disabled Student Services,
Judy enables student success both during and after college. Helping
students through weighty academic hurdles with her courses on study
and time management skills and academic counseling, her fellow employees
are assured she is among the University's strongest assets. She
is a kind heart and staunch advocate to our entire student population,
says President James Appleton. I can think of no other who
creates' more success for others than Judy.
Judy's position frequently requires her to change hats
whether the hour requires her to coordinate the campus' tutoring
program or lend accessibility to a student with learning disabilities.

            Von Senk
For over 10 years, Von has served as the university's director
of construction management. His attentive eye to time and budget
on new construction and facility renovation projects is recognized
by President Appleton to be the work of a man who is highly
              committed to the institution.
